I am a seasoned business professional and founder with over 25 years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship and purpose-led business. My career has taken me across sectors and continents, from securing funding and founding a high-impact social enterprise in Latin America, to supporting social entrepreneurs in the UK, leading innovation projects in the corporate world, and designing educational programs on social entrepreneurship for young changemakers. A core focus of my career has been social impact and I am a strong advocate for entrepreneurship as a force for meaningful change.

Holding a degree in International Business and further studied Social Entrepreneurship, I am also a certified Transformative Coach and EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner.

In my business coaching practice, I incorporate powerful diagnostic tools from my studies with The Coaching Academy’s Business Coaching Diploma, helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.

Amongst my key strengths is identifying and developing opportunities, whether in business, personal growth, or social impact. I love helping individuals and organizations identify untapped potential, refine their vision, and turn ideas into actionable strategies.

As a trauma-informed coach, I provide a safe and knowledgeable space for clients to explore personal and professional growth. I understand the potential impact of trauma on a person's life and, when appropriate, integrate this understanding into my coaching process. While I’m not a therapist, I can work in parallel with therapy, offering grounded, forward-focused coaching for those navigating change and complexity.

Beyond business, I bring a global perspective shaped by my experiences living and working in the UK, New Zealand, France, and Chile.  A life of movement and transformation has given me firsthand experience with the joys and challenges of starting over, building businesses, raising a family, and renovating homes. Fluent in Spanish, I continue to travel extensively and bring cultural sensitivity and deep personal insight to my work.
